Founder & CEO
A highly versatile HR/IR professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in the Manufacturing Industry, I have successfully navigated and excelled in a multitude of challenging assignments both within and beyond my domain, earning recognition for my valuable contributions.
From 2006 onwards, I have held a pivotal role as part of the Senior Leadership Team, showcasing expertise in HR Transformation, Organisational Restructuring, Strategy Development, Merger & Acquisition, NCLT, BIFR, and Green & Brown Field Projects. My professional journey has taken me across various states, including Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, where I have made significant contributions to organizational growth and development.
My career spans esteemed Group Companies such as RKFL, Tata Group (TSDPL & ISWP), Jindal Group (JSPL & JIL), Uttam Galva, Liberty Steel, and others, where I have progressively risen to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This trajectory has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the manufacturing sector, coupled with the ability to lead and drive transformative initiatives.
I bring to the table a wealth of experience in dealing with complex issues related to HR, including intricate legal matters such as NCLT and BIFR cases. My strategic involvement in greenfield and brownfield projects has been instrumental in the successful establishment and expansion of manufacturing operations.
As a certified external assessor, I have conducted numerous Internal & External Assessments within the Tata Group and beyond, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR processes. My commitment to excellence and my ability to adapt to diverse work environments have been key factors in my successful career journey.
